Waitlist privacy notice.
This notice explains what Palette Decoded collects when you join the founding waitlist and how that information is used.

What we collect
We collect the email address you submit, the date and version of your consent, the page where you joined, and any campaign source attached to the link you used. We may also record the referring page. We do not ask for wardrobe photos, measurements, payment details, or app profile information through this form.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the waitlist and send Palette Decoded launch news, founder invitations, and product updates that you requested. We may use campaign information to understand which launch messages are useful.
Who handles it
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores the waitlist record on our behalf. Resend may deliver email updates when they begin. These providers process information for Palette Decoded. We do not sell waitlist information or share it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist record until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed for the launch purpose described here. Removal from backups may take additional time as those backups cycle out.
Your choices
Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information by emailing info@palettedecoded.com.
Adults only
The Palette Decoded waitlist is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this notice changes in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date. Any broader app privacy policy will be presented separately before members provide photos or other styling information.
